The Walhof is located in one of the most charming areas of the South Tyrolean Alps, in the middle of the Italian Dolomite Alps. Surrounded by vineyards, in spring you will witness the famous spring blossom, an event that transforms the area in a sea of colours. Summers are warm but not too hot, autumn has its own world of warm colours and harvesting time is a special time of the year, when the vineyards are ripe with grapes and apples and pears are waiting to be harvested.

In every season the Waldhof represents the ideal starting point for excursions into the wonderful nature of this part of Europe. Magnificient mountain summits are waiting to be climbed. And the castles and fortresses are there to be explored, as well as over 200 historic buildings, beautiful Alpine lakes.
